It all began with an idea born on the move

We had grown accustomed to the notion that truly exceptional coffee requires stillness and silence, while train stations and airports offer nothing but faceless mass-market brews. We saw the injustice in this and decided to blur the lines between "high taste" and "high speed."

At our core lies the classical Japanese concept 一期一会 (Ichi-go ichi-e) — "one moment, one encounter." It is a delicate reminder that we live every second only here and now. The intricate pattern on a latte’s foam, a passing glance from a stranger, the first breath of coffee aroma amidst the morning rush — all of it is unique. Each moment happens only once in a lifetime and will never be repeated in exactly the same way again.

We chose to weave this mindfulness into the rapid pulse of the modern metropolis. Our story grew from a simple observation: for too long, the world of specialty coffee felt like a closed, elitist club for those who could afford the luxury of an idle hour in a deep armchair. We use the same premium beans for both brewing methods, tailoring the roast to unlock their full potential:

Light Roast: Crafted to highlight clarity, acidity, and natural sweetness. Ideal for pour-over, AeroPress, and batch brew. Expect a clean cup, vibrant aromas, and a nuanced flavor profile that reveals the origin in every brew.

Medium Roast: Carefully roasted for espresso and milk-based drinks to bring out bold flavors, rich crema, and a full body. Expect depth, intensity, and a smooth, balanced finish in every shot.
