Moment. Specialty Coffee: Not a Luxury, but the Standard

Coffee is often perceived either as an ordinary "black pick-me-up" to start the day, or as a luxury experience in a specialty cafe.

 

We, however, are convinced that specialty-grade coffee should not be a luxury, but a standard available to everyone in their daily rhythm.

 

Thanks to a careful selection of beans and professional roasting, we bring exceptional flavor into the daily routine and make it understandable and accessible.

 

That is why we are opening a network of specialty cafes at Prague's main transport hubs, so that the "moment." brand can make quality coffee accessible to everyone. We are opening the first two cafes at Prague Main Railway Station (Hlavní nádraží) and Masaryk Railway Station (Masarykovo nadraží).

 

Now you no longer have to waste time looking for a quality cafe — you can enjoy your specialty coffee right on your way to work or home.

Roasting Philosophy

We use the same premium beans for both brewing methods, tailoring the roast to unlock their full potential:

 

  • Light Roast: Crafted to highlight clarity, acidity, and natural sweetness. Ideal for pour-over, AeroPress, and batch brew. Expect a clean cup, vibrant aromas, and a nuanced flavor profile that reveals the origin in every brew.
  • Medium Roast: Carefully roasted for espresso and milk-based drinks to bring out bold flavors, rich crema, and a full body. Expect depth, intensity, and a smooth, balanced finish in every shot.
